Request a single implant report 

Thank you for forwarding your request. You have the following options to receive an implant report: 

A | You can send CleanImplant a sterile packaged implant sample. Normally you receive a comprehensive DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 report of this implant system within 14 days. EUR 1,800.00 + VAT (individual implant analysis, price per unit/implant type).

B | Condensed SEM/EDS Report from the CleanImplant database with significant images and elemental analyses of one implant system - price per unit/implant system:  EUR 400 + VAT

Please note your requested type of report (A or B) and implant system in the form below. After receiving your request Cleanimplant Foundation will get back to you with further information about billing, payment options and data transfer.
